The Palau-flagged passenger ship, carrying 76 people, began bilging while sailing from Kuşadas port to Samos Island. After receiving water, the passenger ship malfunctioned and became stranded in the middle of the sea. Following the call for assistance, two Coast Guard boats were dispatched to the scene. A diving pump was installed and the water inside the ship was started to be evacuated in order to discharge the water that continues to fill the bilge of the ship, which was detected by the commissioned Coast Guard Boats. With 76 people on board, the ship was towed to Kuşadas Port. According to reports, the passengers were in good health.
