Flooding occurred in Bahla town of Oman due to heavy rains. In the town, 2 children were almost drown after being caught in the flood. Photographer Ali bin Nasser Al-Wardi, who was at the scene to take pictures, saved 2 drowning children from the flood. In the images, it’s seen that the people around the Al-Wardi tried to help the him while he was trying to save the children who were caught in the current with a rope.

The attacker, 27-year-old Shane Devon Tamura, later died by suicide on the 33rd floor. Police say Tamura, who traveled from Colorado, had a history of mental illness and was possibly acting selectively. Three civilians were also killed; one person remains hospitalized. The FBI is assisting in the investigation. Mayor Eric Adams called the incident “a night of senseless violence.”
