A United Airlines Airbus A319 was evacuated at Houston’s George Bush Intercontinental Airport after its engine caught fire before takeoff to New York. All 104 passengers and five crew members exited safely using evacuation slides and stairs.

United Airlines reported that the crew aborted takeoff after detecting an engine warning. No injuries were reported. The U.S. Federal Aviation Administration has launched an investigation into the incident.
