The Polish government was decided to build a wall on the border between Belarus after an increase on the number of illegal immigrants coming from Belarus since last summer. After the decision, the Polish government has started the construction of the border wall between Belarus today. In a video released by the Polish Headquarters of the Border Guard’s (Straz Graniczna) social media account, it’s been announced that the construction of the border wall has started. The video included the images of the construction machinery working at the border. It’s been told that the wall constriction is the largest construction investment ever made within the unit. Also it’s been indicated that the construction has started simultaneously on 4 different area along the border between Poland and Belarus. Meanwhile, it’s been told that the wall will be 186 kilometers long and it’s total cost will be 1,6 billion Zlotys (350 million Euro). On the other hand, construction of the wall is scheduled to be completed by the end of next June.

The founder of the Republic of Türkiye, Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, was commemorated in Azerbaijan on the 87th anniversary of his passing. The ceremony, held at the Two States, One Nation Park in Baku, was attended by Turkish Ambassador Birol Akgün, TRNC Representative Ufuk Turganer, military officials, diplomats, and students.
Ambassador Akgün praised Atatürk as “a great commander, statesman, and nation-builder,” emphasizing his lasting legacy of unity and modern civilization. He also highlighted the enduring brotherhood between Türkiye and Azerbaijan, saying, “Atatürk’s and Heydar Aliyev’s words remind us that our nations share one destiny and one future.”
