A police diver, who was in Malatya to maintain security in the areas that were devastated by the Türkiye earthquakes, rescued an 8-year-old victim of the earthquake who fell into a frozen pond to retrieve his toy that had fallen into the waters.
“We will never let go of your hand,” the General Directorate of Security stated on social media account after the incident.
