The storm, which has been especially effective on the southern coast of Thailand in recent days, capsized a diving boat named ‘Sawan Tour’ carrying 18 people near the Surin Islands yesterday. A fishing boat that came to the rescue of the sinking ship rescued 16 of the 18 people on the boat, consisting of 15 tourists and 3 crew members. However, two persons, a Thai cook named Young and a 57-year-old British tourist named Millie Young could not be found in the sea. Rescue teams continue searching the area.
