On November 26, two individuals who had come to the shore of Beşikdüzü district in the Trabzon province of Turkey during the evening hours to capture photographs of a severe storm were swept into the sea by giant waves. The police arrived at the scene after discovering personal items, including coats, pens, and phones, on the beach, and subsequently initiated an underwater search. It was determined that the belongings belonged to two high school students named Emir Berke Aşık and Uğurcan Korkmaz, both aged 16.
