Thousands of protesters held demonstration against Brazilian President Jair Bolsonaro in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Organized by left-wing parties, union centrals and civil society groups, the protests demanded the impeachment of the president. He is accused of bad management of the country regarding unemployment and rising inflation, as well as problems in other areas such as the environment and health.

More than 100 impeachment inquiries were filed against President Bolsonaro in Brazil. However, the applications were rejected by the parliament. The Brazilian Supreme Court recently approved the launch of several investigations against Bolsonaro.
