Putin Addressed Public After Moscow Attack

Russian President Vladimir Putin addressed the Russian people after the terrorist attack on the concert hall yesterday evening, in which at least 115 people were killed and over a thousand were injured. Describing the attack as a pre-prepared mass murder, Putin said that the attackers caught would be severely punished and that the people behind the incident would be identified. He also announced that national mourning has been declared throughout the country for March 24.
