Putin Offers US Partnership on Rare Earth Metals

Russian President Vladimir Putin stated that Russia is willing to collaborate with the US on rare earth metals, emphasizing that Russia has far greater resources than Ukraine.

In an interview with Russian journalist Pavel Zarubin, Putin highlighted Russia’s vast reserves across regions like Murmansk, the Caucasus, and the Far East. He stressed the strategic importance of rare earth elements and Russia’s leading position in the sector.
