Pro-democracy women in Sudan are being in the front line at protests that organized after coup. Unfortunately, 13 women and girls were raped by security forces during the protests held in the capital Khartoum last Sunday. After the rape attacks, women gathered in the capital Khartoum today and chanted “Rape cannot stop us” and “Sudanese women are stronger now” slogans. While there is not any official statement came from Sudan Security Forces relating to the subject yet, Sudanese women are state that they will continue to demand international investigation relating to the subject.
