Resembling the world-famous Swiss Alps, the plateaus in Gümüşhacıköy district of Amasya province in Türkiye offer a visual feast with their fairy-tale landscapes. Kağnıcı and Alören Highlands, which have landscapes of pretty houses and feeding animals in dense greenery, offer a fresh alternative to nature lovers who are tired of the increasing temperatures.
“Everyone should see these beauties in the middle of the Black Sea Region, which is easily accessible. I think they will question why they didn’t come before,” said Serkan Tekin, a photographer.
