As the war between Russia and Ukraine continues, life began to return to normal in the Ukrainian capital city of Kyiv after the Russian troops withdrew from the city. Security measures have been reduced in the city and checkpoints in Independence Square and other parts of Kyiv have been removed. While the population of the city that started to return to its pre-war state increasing day by day, public transportation vehicles and subways became operational again.

Ukraine’s rail company reported damage to tracks and power lines, rerouting freight trains to maintain port access. In Kharkiv, a drone hit a gas station, sparking a fire.
