Artvin’s “cittaslow” titled district Şavşat continues to host nature lovers during spring. A road trip was organized to the district by the Artvin Provincial Culture and Tourism Directorate and Off-Road Sports Club to introduce such natural beauties as Fish Lake, Fairy Chimneys and Karagöl and such historical structures as Şavşat Castle, Tibetan Church.

“Şavşat is one of the most beautiful districts of our province. It offers us many elements together with its greenery, nature, and history,” said Yunus Emre Aytekin, Artvin Provincial Culture and Tourism Director.

“We are doing everything we can to introduce these unique beauties to people,” said Artvin Off-Road Sports Club President Zafer Sinir.
