Alberto-Iosif Caraian, member of the Social Democratic (PSD) parliament in Romania, attended the online parliamentary meeting from the shower and forgot his camera was on. Realizing his mistake after the council members’ laughter, Caraian tried to turn off the camera. Following his unsuccessful attempts to turn it off, the deputy said, “I can’t hang up. I’m so sorry. I have a bad cold, but I don’t know how to end the call. He then managed to leave the meeting and rejoined it after getting dressed.

Caraian posted an apology message on his social media account after the meeting, saying, “Technology still plays tricks. I apologize to everyone for this unfortunate event.”
