A Turkish flag was hung on the Rotterdam Municipality building in the Netherlands. The flag was lowered to half-mast for the victims of the terrorist organization PKK/YPG’s attack in Istanbul. The Rotterdam Municipality showed sympathy for the attack, saying, “Our thoughts are with the victims of the attack in Istanbul and their relatives.”
