Russia Accuses Ukraine of Killing 9 Civilians in Kursk

Russia’s Investigative Committee reported that nine civilians were found dead in the village of Makhnovka, Kursk region, allegedly killed in a targeted Ukrainian attack. The victims showed signs of violent death, including six with gunshot wounds. Russian officials claim Ukrainian forces deliberately struck residential homes. An investigation is ongoing.
