Russia attacks government and university building in Kharkiv

Russia struck the General Directorate of Security and a university building in Kharkiv, Ukraine. 21 people lost their lives and 112 others were injured in the last 24 hours following the attacks, Kharkiv Governor Oleg Sinegubov stated. A fire broke out in the damaged buildings as a result of the attack. Firefighters who arrived at the scene brought the fire under control.
