Serhiy Popko, the head of the Kyiv Military Administration, announced that the Russian army carried out a missile attack on Kyiv, the capital of Ukraine, leaving 13 people injured. According to the authorities, one Iskander and one Kinzhal ballistic missile and all 29 cruise missiles targeting the city were shot down, but the downed missile fragments hit residences, an industrial site, and a kindergarten, causing fire and also destroying parked vehicles.
