In the Ukrainian city of Kharkiv, civilians on the street were the target of a rocket attack by Russia. The moment of the attack was recorded by a surrounding security camera.

Making a statement regarding the attacks in the city, Kharkiv Governor Oleg Sinegubov said, “There were 66 attacks with rockets and artillery fire in the last 24 hours. 11 people, including a 7-year-old child, lost their lives and 14 were injured.”
