The Russian army launched a missile attack on a business center in Vinnytsia, Ukraine, killing 12 people and injuring 25 others. According to National Police Chief Ihor Klymenko, the missiles hit the business center and damaged its buildings, causing a fire in a parking lot and vehicles.
In a post on his Telegram account, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky reacted to the attack, telling, “If this is not a clearly terrorist act, what is?”
