The Russian Ministry of Defense has announced the start of extensive naval exercises across the Pacific and Arctic Oceans, as well as the Baltic and Caspian Seas. Running until July 27, the drills involve over 150 ships, 120 aircraft, 10 missile systems, and 15,000 military personnel. Led by Admiral Aleksandr Moiseyev, the exercises aim to assess readiness for complex missions, utilizing high-precision weapons, unmanned systems, and advanced military equipment. Despite being the world’s third-largest naval power, Russia’s fleet has faced significant losses in the Ukraine war.
