Russia launched a missile attack on the Podilskyi district, which is located close to the city center of Kyiv. Many houses, public areas and military sites were hit in the attack. In a statement, Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klichko said that 1 person lost his life due to the attacks organized by Russia. “Many explosions occurred in the Podilskyi district of Kyiv. Especially one of the houses and shopping centers was targeted. Rescuers, medical teams and the police arrived to the scene,” he said.
Attacks on some points still continue, a local official said.
