The Russian army struck civilian settlements in the Kharkiv region of Ukraine. A school in Merefa in the Kharkiv region and a market in a different region were severely damaged, while fires broke out. “In the last 24 hours, 40 interventions were carried out for the fire and the survivors. Fires in the Nemislanskiy, Osnovyanskiy, Industrial, Moskovskiy and Slobodskiy regions of Kharkiv were intervened.
