Russian soldiers struck a hospital in the city of Slavyansk, in the Donetsk region of Ukraine. While the hospital was damaged after the attacks, Slavyansk Governor Vadim Lyah stated that there was no loss of life in the attacks.
In the statement made by the Ukrainian Police Service said, “Russian soldiers bombed 20 settlements in the Donetsk region. Police units document Russia’s war crimes. As a result of the attacks, 4 people were injured. Buildings, hospitals were destroyed. The enemy attacked civilians with Grad bombs, tanks and artillery. Ukraine filed a lawsuit against Russia in accordance with Article 428 (War crimes) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.”
