Russian army struck an oil refinery in the Chernihiv region in northeastern Ukraine, Ukraine’s Emergency Service said. After the attack, a fire broke out in the refinery. Search efforts continue to find possible casualties or injuries in the attack.
The firefighters who responded to the scene are still working to put out the fire.
