The Russian army struck a school building in the coastal city of Mykolaiv, Ukraine, the Mykolaiv Governor Vitaliy Kim said. “The invaders hit the school. What moral depression must one be in so that a person can give such an order? We are dealing with evacuation there now. They came here and got their answers, they went there and got their answers again. Now they have turned in a different direction, and we will give the answer there,” he said.
