Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky reported that Russia hit a shopping mall with more than a thousand people in Kremenchuk, Ukraine, with a missile. “It is impossible to imagine the number of victims”, Zelenskiy stated, adding that the shopping mall does not pose any danger to the Russian army and has no strategic value.
Kyrylo Tymoshenko, Deputy Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, announced that at least 18 people were killed in the attack.
