A worker was killed after Russia’s missile strike at a thermal power plant in Kharkiv, Ukraine, Governor Oleg Sinegubov stated. Rescue teams continue their search, the governor said. Russia has targeted civilian infrastructure in several regions of Ukraine yesterday, causing power outages in settlements.
The air defense systems had intercepted 9 of the 11 Russian cruise missiles that were aimed at Ukraine.
