The Russian army hit a building and accommodation facility in Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi in the Odessa Oblast of Ukraine with a missile. Kyrylo Tymoshenko, Deputy Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, announced that 18 people died in the attacks. At least 16 people died in the building, 2 people died in the accommodation facility, and 38 people were injured in total, the Ukraine Emergency Service stated. Part of the building was destroyed in the attack.
