Russian army has targeted the Ukrainian city of Kharkiv again. After the attack, many buildings in the region were destroyed and became unusable. Kharkiv Oblast Governor Oleh Synyehubov announced that 3 people including children were burned to death by the Russian forces. “Russian soldiers burned 3 people including children to death after long tortures in the village of Gusarovka. We also found another lifeless body with tied hands” Synyehubov said.
On the other hand, Mayor of Kharkiv city Ihor Terekhov stated that bombs were dropped on the city with parachutes, and asked those who witnessed such a scene to stay away from the bombs and to give information about the issue by calling 101 or 112.
