Russia targets civilians in Chernihiv: 5 killed

Ukraine’s Emergency Situations Service stated that five people were killed in the Russian army’s bombardment of the Ukrainian city of Chernihiv. Three of those killed in the attack were children, the statement reads. 38 personnel and 16 vehicles were dispatched to the scene, and the search and rescue efforts is still ongoing, authorities added.
