Russia carried out an airstrike on the Ukrainian capital Kyiv the previous night. Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko said that a boiler room at a waterworks in the Svyatoshynksyi district and the entrance to a metro station, used as a shelter, were damaged, and 2 people were injured. Fire broke out at 4 houses, added Klitschko.
