Russian tanks and troops from the Western Military District, which completed the exercise on the Ukrainian border, began to return to their main bases in Nizhny Novgorod, The Ministry of Defense reported. The transportation of tanks and tracked armored vehicles will be carried out by rail over a distance of approximately 1,000 kilometers. Tanks will undergo a maintenance ahead of the next planned military exercise, the ministry said.
