Yevgeny Serebryakov, the 29-year-old Russian male who escaped his country after allegedly being involved in a car bombing in northern Moscow on July 24, was extradited to Russia from Turkish city of Muğla, where he was detained.
The suspect was detected by Turkish police in the Bodrum district after flying there by plane on the same day that the attack took place.
