A Russian UAV attack on the southeastern Ukrainian city of Dnipro killed three people, including a child, and injured 30 others, five of them children. The strike damaged homes, schools, a dormitory, and over a dozen vehicles, according to Dnipropetrovsk Governor Serhii Lysak. One of the blasts occurred near Dnipro City Hall.
In a separate incident, two people were injured in a Russian attack on the city of Izyum in the Kharkiv region.
