At least 12 people were injured in overnight Russian drone attacks targeting Ukraine’s capital, Kiev, and the southern city of Mykolaiv.
Fires broke out in a storage facility in Kiev, and several buildings were damaged. In Mykolaiv, the strikes damaged nine residential buildings, one administrative building, and 30 garages.
Ukraine’s Air Force reported it shot down 85 of the 145 drones launched, while 49 were likely neutralized by electronic defenses. The status of 11 drones remains unknown.
