The Russian army carried out an airstrike on the city of Rubizhne in Luhansk Oblast, Ukraine. Russian army targeted 1 oil and 1 chemical plant and a building during the attacks. Luhansk Oblast Governor Serhiy Haidai confirmed the attack in his statement. “Another chemical attack. The rockets hit the nitric acid tank near Rubizhne. Protect yourself. If you are in an enclosed environment, close doors and windows,” Haidai said. Haidai also announced that 4 civilians were injured in the building that was hit in Rubizhne during the Russian bombardment.

In addition to that, the Luhansk Oblast Police warned the public to wear face masks and recommended that those who exposed to chemical poisoning should take shaver with baking soda and soap for 10 to 30 minutes.
