In Moscow, Russia, a vehicle exploded due to a bomb placed under it. The Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs reported that two people were injured in the blast, prompting an investigation. Russian media identified the injured as a Russian Military Intelligence Service (GRU) officer and his wife. The explosion also damaged five nearby vehicles. Footage shared on social media showed the vehicle blowing up just after the GRU officer got in, with his wife escaping afterward.
