Russian Missile Attack on Kharkiv Kills 7, Injures 17

A Russian missile attack on Ukraine’s Kharkiv has left 7 dead and 17 injured. The assault, involving 15 missiles, targeted civilian infrastructure, including a printing house where 50 people were present.

Kharkiv Regional Governor Oleg Sinegubov confirmed the civilian focus of the attack, emphasizing there were no military facilities nearby.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy condemned the attack and reiterated his call for an improved air defense system. Zelenskiy criticized the global response, stating, “Russian terrorists exploit Ukraine’s inadequate air defense. This is a global weakness, not ours. Terrorism must be defeated everywhere.”
