Ukrainian Interior Minister Anton Gerashchenko announced that 10 people were killed and 35 injured in Russia’s attacks on Kharkiv city center. “Liberty Square was hit by a caliber type rocket. 5-7 minutes after the rescue teams arrived there, there was a second attack on the building with the same type of rocket. As of now, there are 10 dead and over 35 injured.” Gerashchenko said that the risk of collapse of the buildings still continues. “There may be more casualties and injuries. I am calling out to Russian scientists, businessmen, factory owners. Stop production by seeing how your weapons are killing Ukrainians. Do not make new rockets! Otherwise, you will be part of these murders,” he said.
