“Russian missiles hit Poland, the territory of our friendly country”: Zelensky

After one of the missiles launched by Russia to the Ukrainian cities fell on the Polish border yesterday, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky conveyed his condolences to Poland and said “This is the answer of Russia to Indonesia, India, China and all other countries that talked about the need to end the war. Russia is telling the world that it wants to continue. Now it is time for the world to answer.”

“Terror is not limited to our national borders. It has already spread to the territory of Moldova. And today, Russian missiles hit Poland, the territory of our friendly country. People died. Please accept condolences from all Ukrainian brothers!” he continued.

Reiterating that Russia must be stopped immediately, Zelensky said “Poland, the Baltic states… It’s only a matter of time before Russian terror goes further. We must put the terrorist in his place! The longer Russia feels impunity, the more threats there will be to everyone who can be reached by Russian missiles.”

Zelenskiy also pronounced the G20’s name as G19, implying that Russia should not be in the G20.

Reacting to Russian missile attacks in many cities, including the capital Kyiv, Zelensky that there were people killed and injured and expressed his condolences to their families. He also said that there are about ten million Ukrainians left without electricity.

Monsoon Rains Kill 17 in Pakistan
