Yesterday, an explosion occurred in a limousine belonging to Russian President Vladimir Putin’s official fleet near the Federal Security Service (FSB) headquarters in Moscow, Russia.
It is not yet known who was inside the vehicle, which was reportedly assigned to the Kremlin’s Presidential Property Management Directorate, and what caused the explosion.
The Russian government announced in previous years that any assassination attempt against Putin would be met with a nuclear response.
