Russia hit Kyiv overnight with missiles and drones, targeting energy sites, civilian infrastructure, and residential areas. Mayor Vitali Klitschko said three people were killed and 26 injured, including two children.
Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha reported damage to around 30 homes and urged G7 countries to quickly implement tougher measures, including freezing Russian assets. He said Russia’s attacks “highlight the urgency of new defense support” and warned that continued strikes on civilians will face international justice.
