Severe sandstorm caused traffic jams and a traffic accident on a highway in Niğde city of Turkey. After the accident that injured 7 people Turkish Disaster and Emergency Management Presidency (AFAD) with police and medical teams are deployed to scene of accident. Governorship of Niğde announced that due to severe sandstorm, highway between Bor-Zengen and Çukurkuyu temporarily closed to vehicle traffic. Governorship warned citizens to be cautious and careful due to adverse events that may occur, in the statement.
