Search and rescue works continue in the areas flooded in the ongoing severe flood disaster that began on April 29 in Rio Grande do Sul state, Brazil. Several people suffering hypothermia were rescued from their homes in the Canoes municipality, one of the most affected areas, in the city of Porto Alegre.
