Belarusian twin sisters Valentina and Maria Ivankova disappeared after setting out to climb the summit of the Taurus Mountains in Türkiye’s Niğde province on November 16. Upon notification, teams of the Disaster and Emergency Management Presidency (AFAD) and gendarmerie started searching the area with land and aerial vehicles.
It was reported that the siblings came to Niğde on November 15 and were supposed to leave on November 18.
