Security forces in Syria destroyed a large amount of drugs detected at a farm in the Yafour district of the western countryside of the capital Damascus.
Security forces said the destroyed items included 4 tons of methamphetamine and 30 tons of precursor chemicals used in the production of Captagon, a drug heavily produced during the Bashar al-Assad era.
Additionally, thousands of tramadol pills waiting to be distributed were reportedly seized at a warehouse in the nearby town of al-Sabura in a separate operation and burned.
