In Belgrade, Serbia, the opposition has once again mobilized, urging the annulment of the early general and local elections held on December 17 of the previous year. Thousands joined the protest initiated by the ‘Serbia Against Violence’ alliance, comprising opposition parties. The demonstration, fueled by allegations of election fraud, unfolded in front of the Republican Election Commission building. Alongside calls to address electoral irregularities, protesters demanded a thorough investigation into the six-year-old murder case of Kosovo Serb opposition politician Oliver Ivanovic, killed on January 16, 2018.
