A ceremony was held in Bosnia and Herzegovina today for the victims of the Srebrenica genocide, the greatest human tragedy after the Second World War in Europe. The convoy, which departed in front of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina with the bodies of 31 identified victims, was sent off with tears and prayers by the members of the Presidential Council, the High Representative of Bosnia and Herzegovina, politicians and many citizens.
The victims of the genocide will be buried with a mass burial at the Potocari Memorial Cemetery in Srebrenica on the anniversary of the genocide on July 11th.
